As an aviation fuel production base, Huaya Guolian has a production facility with an annual output of 100,000 tons of 100LL (low lead) aviation piston engine fuel. A special process distillation system independently designed by the company can produce pre-distillate oil and super distillate oil, which can significantly improve the quality of aviation fuel. The company has developed a new type of composite anti-blast agent that can replace lead-containing anti-blast agents, significantly reducing the lead content of the product and greatly enhancing its anti-blast performance and stability. At present, Huanya Guolian has completed the research on two types of lead-free aviation fuels, UL91# and UL94#, and has obtained the airworthiness qualification from the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
